Mélanie assists major international companies and funds in relation to the structuring of international transactions, corporate reorganizations and the financing or re-financing of their activities. She also advises on a regular basis high net worth individuals.

She further acts as legal advisor to both national and foreign business players for cross-border corporate, commercial as well as nationals and international employment law matters.

Mélanie has been admitted to Luxembourg Bar and also has been registered as an European lawyer at UK Solicitors Regulation Authority. She graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master in Law) and from the University Paris Nord (Master in Employment Law).
